GS Harness 

Dynamic rotation under loading

The GS Harness is the only exercise device that allows dynamic rotational loading i.e. the ability to rotate a particular joint while that particular joint is loaded with force.  Rotational training is an essential training tool for all athletes as you are able to closely mimic the actions of that sport.

Step 1

Set your range of movement (ROM) within your comfort zone using the ROM markers

Step 2

Once you have set your ROM markets, apply the load and rotate with every repetition.  Owing to the pulley, the leather moves seamlessly with your head  

Here is Max Verstappen, Red Bull F1 Driver using his GS Harness for preparation of the Singapore GP.  He is effectively demonstrating dynamic rotation under loading.
